- Implement and monitor quality, environmental, and health & safety management systems
Inventory & Logistics Management
- Manage receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods efficiently
- Ensure smooth and timely movement of raw materials for production
- Control inventory accuracy through weekly system vs physical reconciliation
- Plan and execute annual stock counts
Team Leadership
- Lead warehouse supervisors and floor operations personnel
- Plan work rosters, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide operational guidance
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and present operational and status reports for senior management
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to improve storage and warehouse processes
- Act as an auditee for warehouse-related compliance and operational requirements
- Monitor service quality and address operational feedback
Qualifications & Experience
