About the Role

Key Responsibilities
As a Storekeeper at Radisson Resort Al Marjan Island, you will be responsible for:
Receiving & Storing Goods
- Loading goods onto carts and transporting them to the appropriate storage areas
- Shelving products correctly and efficiently
- Keeping storerooms clean, organized, and locked
Issuing & Inventory Management
- Issuing requisitioned items to departments
- Posting daily stock movements into the system
- Preparing and submitting daily F&B receiving reports
- Conducting month-end physical inventory checks
- Monitoring par stock levels and reordering items as needed
- Issuing slow-moving item reports
Stock Quality Control
- Rotating stock, especially fresh and perishable items
- Reporting spoiled, damaged, or expired goods
- Ensuring all items are stored following proper standards and safety protocols
Administrative Duties
- Preparing inventories and assisting with daily ordering
- Following brand standards for documentation and storage
- Complying with Radisson’s fire safety and work safety regulations
Other Responsibilities
- Performing additional tasks assigned by the Head Storekeeper or supervisor
- Directing and storing goods during deliveries
- Ensuring accurate stock movement documentation at all times
