Role Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide executive-level support to the General Manager for the Middle East & Africa region. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple countries and time zones.
The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations and strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex executive calendars and schedules.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, agendas, reports, and briefing materials.
- Handle executive communications professionally and confidentially.
- Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
Leadership & Regional Coordination
- Support regional leadership meetings and business reviews.
- Assist with workshops, conferences, and customer events.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the Middle East & Africa region.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Administrative Excellence
- Process expenses, purchase orders, and documentation.
- Support onboarding activities for new team members.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.
- Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
