Job Overview
As a Transportation Driver, you will work as a Bus Driver and/or VIP Driver, responsible for transporting guests and crew safely within the airside environment. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
The Transportation Driver position carries significant responsibility, particularly due to the sensitive nature of airside operations. Key duties include:
- Working within the Transport section as a guest bus driver and/or VIP car driver
- Ensuring the safety of all guests and crew members at all times
- Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service
- Operating vehicles according to assigned schedules and required timeframes
- Taking responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others during operations
- Strictly following all procedures and guidelines issued by Etihad and other operating airlines
- Ensuring full compliance with all SOPs and airside safety standards
- Identifying and reporting hazards or incidents to management promptly
- Raising GSRs in line with corporate safety and reporting guidelines
Education & Experience Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (minimum requirement)
- Comfortable working in a multi-cultural workforce
- Possession of a valid UAE heavy-duty driving licence
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar driving role
- Strong understanding of safety, discipline, and professional conduct
