The Reservation & Ticketing Agent will manage airline ticketing services, passenger reservations, and travel-related support for airlines operating at Zayed International Airport.

Financial Handling
- Manage daily cash and card transaction reconciliations
- Prepare sales and revenue reports
- Maintain ticket stock records and transaction documentation
- Coordinate with finance departments regarding reports and chargebacks
Passenger Assistance

- Arrange transportation assistance for affected passengers

Operational Reporting

Eligibility Criteria
