Role Summary

The HR Analyst supports the onboarding process for new employees joining the organization. The role focuses on coordination, documentation, and communication to ensure new hires have a smooth joining experience while maintaining legal compliance and accurate HR records.

You will work with HR teams, managers, and employees across the MENA region and help maintain operational efficiency and data accuracy.


Key Responsibilities

Onboarding & Coordination

  • Handle onboarding queries from new employees
  • Coordinate joining formalities and induction processes
  • Arrange joining logistics such as hotel bookings and travel tickets
  • Communicate with HR Business Partners and line managers

Compliance & Documentation

  • Process documents required for government formalities
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law
  • Maintain accurate employee records and case management

HR Operations & Systems

  • Update SAP HR records and ensure data integrity
  • Maintain trackers, reports, and work-in-progress updates
  • Close onboarding cases within service level timelines

Service Improvement

  • Gather employee feedback and improve onboarding experience
  • Support teamwork and service excellence initiatives
  • Share HR information and maintain confidentiality

Required Skills

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP HR module or ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with helpdesk systems such as Salesforce (preferred)
