About the Role
As a Supervisor at Bloomingdale’s Dubai Mall, you will play a key role in driving customer service excellence and achieving department targets. You will manage daily department operations, support merchandising and stock control, and lead a sales team to deliver a world-class luxury shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
The Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
- Leading by example to deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor
- Coaching and directing the sales team to achieve department goals

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good understanding of luxury customer service standards
- Ability to analyse sales performance and drive results
