Role Overview
The Store Keeper plays a vital role in supporting the aluminium fabrication division by ensuring effective inventory control, proper material handling, and smooth coordination between stores, production, and site teams. Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations including receiving, inspecting, and issuing materials
- Ensure accurate recording of all incoming and outgoing materials
- Maintain updated inventory records and stock registers
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess materials
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and site teams for material requirements
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock with system records
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of aluminium profiles, accessories, and materials
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area
- Prepare material reports and support internal audits when required

Experience and Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of UAE experience as a Store Keeper
- Mandatory experience in Aluminium Fabrication or Façade Industry
- Strong knowledge of aluminium profiles, fittings, accessories, and fabrication materials
- Experience using inventory management systems or manual stock registers
- Ability to manage material documentation accurately
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
