The Sales Driver will play a key role in distributing Agthia products, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and supporting sales growth within the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

The Sales Driver will be responsible for daily distribution operations and customer service within the assigned route.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Deliver Agthia products to existing customers according to the planned journey route
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for the assigned area
  • Identify and develop new customers within the assigned territory
  • Ensure all customers are visited as per the daily route plan
  • Maintain adequate sales materials and product availability during distribution
  • Ensure the delivery vehicle (3-ton truck) remains in safe and proper condition
  • Maintain all distribution documents and coordinate with internal departments
  • Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
  • Report distribution issues and seek support from supervisors when required

This role requires a combination of driving, sales, and customer service skills.


Job Requirements

Candidates interested in this position should meet the following criteria:

Minimum qualifications include:

  • At least 2 years of experience driving a 3-ton truck
  • Basic experience in FMCG sales, preferably with 5-gallon water distribution
  • Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License issued before 31 March 2023
  • Minimum High School Certificate
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic selling and negotiation abilities
