The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume recruitment efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for all levels of staff
- Sourcing candidates through platforms such as Naukri Gulf, Indeed, LinkedIn, Dubizzle, and other recruitment channels
- Conducting initial screening calls and shortlisting suitable candidates
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and dashboards
- Supporting bulk hiring requirements for blue-collar roles
- Preparing job descriptions, job advertisements, and recruitment reports
- Coordinating onboarding processes, document collection, and joining formalities
- Building strong relationships with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, and internal departments
- Ensuring recruitment activities align with company manpower planning and growth strategies
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in white-collar recruitment, including roles such as Engineers, Supervisors, Admin, HR, Finance, and Architects
- Strong background in blue-collar hiring, including technicians, helpers, welders, fabricators, and drivers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and online recruitment platforms
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Immediate availability is preferred
