Role Overview
The HR Coordinator – People Experience role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR administrative support across all stages of the employee life cycle. The position focuses on ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining service excellence, and supporting employees and stakeholders through efficient, accurate, and confidential HR processes. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a shared services or people experience environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support day-to-day people experience and HR operations
- Deliver consistently high-quality customer service and clear communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to meet defined work goals and service-level expectations
- Execute assigned HR activities in a timely manner in compliance with policies, procedures, and standard operating guidelines
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling employee data and sensitive information
- Use HR systems and data platforms accurately to complete tasks with high quality and attention to detail
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes across the employee life cycle
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in HR systems, processes, and practices
- Support cost efficiency initiatives across various people experience touch points
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports as required
Qualifications and Experience
- Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources, covering:
- Recruitment
- Shared services
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Employee life cycle administration
- Strong knowledge of HR administrative procedures and interviewing techniques
- Experience handling recruitment projects and employee joining and exit formalities
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and quality orientation
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Arabic language skills are an added advantage
