Key Responsibilities
The Finance Officer will manage detailed billing and receivable activities while ensuring compliance with financial standards. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring accuracy of invoicing and maintaining billing system interfaces
- Delivering invoices to customers on time and without discrepancies
- Monitoring unposted receipts and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution
- Reviewing bank guarantees for agents and customers to ensure compliance with security requirements
- Monitoring IATA default agents and coordinating with GSA’s and RCSM for resolution
- Reconciling customer billing accounts with the revenue ledger
- Performing month-end closing activities and managing revenue billing accruals
- Ensuring financial processes comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Supporting internal and external audit requirements
- Assisting the tax team with billing-related queries
- Collaborating with accounts receivable, credit/collections, and general ledger teams
Education and Experience Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (minimum requirement)
- At least 3 years of experience in a relevant accounting or finance role
