The position directly supports airline catering operations, airport catering facilities, and Food Point services, ensuring uninterrupted supply chain efficiency.

Job Context and Work Environment

The role is based within the W&D Division, which manages approximately 1,150 food and non-food items essential for airline and airport catering operations. The division is structured into three main sections:

• Main Stores – Stock control and daily operations
• Airlines Stores – Bonded stores and equipment stores
• Aweer Stores – Supporting large-scale inventory requirements

The Store Keeper’s primary responsibility is to assist the Stores Supervisor in maintaining operational control over all daily W&D activities while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Keeper at Emirates Flight Catering, your duties will include a mix of operational, supervisory, and quality-related responsibilities:

• Ensuring goods received meet required specifications, including quality, quantity, expiry dates, and hygiene standards
• Maintaining appropriate stock levels based on operational requirements and issuing items according to departmental requisitions
• Supporting ad hoc departmental requirements and ensuring timely and accurate supply
• Managing petty cash and ensuring all purchases are supported with proper documentation for accounting purposes

• Filing documents systematically to ensure easy traceability and audit readiness
• Supervising staff performance during assigned shifts and monitoring work schedules

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

To be eligible for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Stores Management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
• Skills:
