The Customer Service Agent plays a vital role in delivering world-class VIP hospitality to passengers, crew, and guests visiting the DC Aviation Al Futtaim facility. The role focuses on ensuring comfort, safety, and seamless coordination of aircraft and guest services while maintaining the highest operational and service standards.
This position requires close coordination with internal departments, third-party service providers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth aircraft arrivals and departures.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Facilitating aircraft, passenger, and crew arrivals and departures
- Coordinating landing permits, take-off permits, and slot requests
- Managing schedule changes and ensuring timely service delivery
- Supporting smooth transitions from landside to airside through the FBO
- Preparing and distributing daily shift reports
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of all FBO areas
- Preparing weekly and monthly aircraft movement reports
- Monitoring operational notices and regulatory updates
- Identifying and reporting safety hazards
- Escorting clients and crew to and from aircraft
- Processing handling files and FBO One system entries accurately
- Supporting invoicing and handling payments (cash and credit card)

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

- High School Certificate
- Valid and unrestricted UAE driving license (mandatory)

- VVIP customer service experience
