🛫 Role Overview: Cabin Services Assistant (CSA)
The primary purpose of the Cabin Services Assistant role is to maintain the hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation of the A380 Shower Spa — an exclusive First Class feature. You will ensure that every First Class guest enjoys a spotless and welcoming experience in this iconic onboard facility. This role is essential to supporting the overall in-flight luxury environment Emirates is famous for.
Although the CSA does not take part in traditional cabin crew service duties, this position works closely with the Purser and Senior Flight Supervisor (SFS) to uphold the highest standards in customer experience.
🧼 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the First Class Shower Spa
- Support hygiene across First, Business, and Economy Class lavatories
- Assist in maintaining the First and Business Class lounges onboard
- Perform cabin checks to ensure all areas meet Emirates’ standards
- Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and a customer-first mindset
This role helps shape the image of the airline by contributing directly to the comfort and satisfaction of guests throughout the flight.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience Required
- Minimum Education: 10 years of schooling or equivalent
- Customer Service Experience: At least 2 years with a reputed hotel chain, airline, or service provider
- Preferred Background: Experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry is a plus
- Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory
- Additional Experience: Exposure to in-flight service or administration is beneficial
