Available Vacancies –
- Data Entry Operator (Central Store)
- High-speed, high-accuracy digitization of plant and inventory records.
- Generate weekly asset utilization and inventory status reports using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Qualifications:
- 2–3 years in data entry, preferably within construction or heavy machinery.
- Expert in MS Excel and experienced with ERP platforms (SAP, Odoo, or Oracle).
- Document Controller (Admin & Operations)
- Ensuring integrity, compliance, and accessibility of technical and legal documentation.
- Maintain the Master Document Register and version control for maintenance schedules.
- Qualifications:
- 2–5 years in document control within engineering or asset-heavy environments.
- Proficiency in using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs) and ERP document modules.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
