The Senior Customer Service Agent plays a critical role within the Transport Control Centre (TCC). The position focuses on providing efficient administrative support, managing transportation operations, and delivering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating transport operations, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth daily performance. Key duties include:

  • Maintaining and updating systems such as MARS and the TCC Operational System
  • Administering booking requests with complete and accurate data
  • Coordinating with service providers on schedules, pick-up, and drop-off times
  • Ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of transport resources
  • Handling high volumes of calls, emails, and system events
  • Acting as the first point of contact in chauffeur drive lounges (T3 and EGHQ)
  • Receiving, maintaining, and allocating customer complaints and feedback
  • Conducting spot checks on vehicle condition, cleanliness, and driver grooming

Required Qualifications and Skills

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a UAE-based logistics, transport, or car rental company
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to communicate in additional foreign languages (advantageous)
  • A valid UAE driving licence is preferred
