Role Overview
This role is part of the Central Store Operations Team and acts as a key support function for retail stores across the MENA region. The position focuses on stock management, cash management, store reporting, SAP and Ariba processes, and coordination between stores and the regional office. The overall goal is to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and support smooth daily retail operations.
The role is an individual contributor position and requires accuracy, coordination, and consistent communication with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
The Accounts Executive / Operations Executive will handle a variety of operational and system-based responsibilities, including:
- Managing data entry tasks with accuracy and within agreed service levels
- Coordinating with Buying, Merchandising, and Logistics teams for stock accuracy
- Supporting store operations through effective communication and follow-ups
- Monitoring store facilities and maintenance costs in line with budget plans
- Managing SAP transactions to maintain system integrity
- Raising and tracking store requests through the Ariba portal
- Ensuring Retail Pro and POS records are up to date
- Supporting IT integration, store refurbishments, upgrades, and new store openings across MENA
