About the Role
The Learning Associate plays a vital role in coordinating and delivering training across all process paths within the Fulfillment Center. By refining training techniques and supporting instructors and peer trainers, the Learning Associate directly contributes to productivity, safety, and employee success.
This is a hands-on role that requires close collaboration with operations, instructors, agency managers, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
Training Delivery & Coordination
- Execute and coordinate training for all Fulfillment Center process paths
- Deliver instructor-led training, observations, and coaching in line with AMET standards
- Act as a supervisor for Instructors and Peer Trainers during new hire onboarding
Learning Quality & Records Management
- Ensure training records are accurately maintained through the training console
- Keep AMET training materials updated and delivered consistently
- Ensure all training tests, audits, and assessments are completed and tracked
Performance Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Use daily data and performance metrics to improve the new hire learning experience
- Analyze feedback and operational data to identify process gaps and training needs
- Provide structured feedback to Instructors and Peer Trainers on delivery quality and trainee performance
Operational & Cross-Functional Support
- Organize and monitor cross-training to support peak operational requirements
- Work with operations teams to maintain skill matrices and highlight critical training gaps
- Support critical role training and AMET-level projects with insights and improvement suggestions
Collaboration & Engagement
- Partner with agency managers to enhance new hire performance
- Support recruitment and development of Instructors and Peer Trainers
- Attend meetings as required and share relevant training insights with stakeholders
Prerequisites & Requirements
Basic Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willingness to work flexible schedules and shifts, including operational hours
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in training, coaching, or operational environments is an advantage
