About the Position: Stock Keeper
The Stock Keeper supports the store’s operational efficiency through accurate inventory handling, stockroom organization, and close collaboration with the sales team. This position plays a critical part in ensuring the boutique remains well-stocked, tidy, and prepared for customer demand. The Stock Keeper also supports the Store Manager and Stock Manager in all aspects of store management related to merchandise flow and stock accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Product Handling
- Record all incoming and outgoing products in the company’s IT system.
- Prepare and maintain the required tax and shipping documentation.
- Verify incoming deliveries against invoices and prepare items for the sales floor, including tagging.
- Maintain proper stockroom organization according to company standards.
- Ensure all products are properly stored, secure, and ready for replenishment.
Stockroom & Store Support
- Keep all stock areas clean, orderly, and accessible to the sales team.
- Assist in inventory counts and periodic stock checks.
- Handle and track products requiring repair or external processing.
- Coordinate shipments with couriers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Support sales associates by providing accurate stock information and timely replenishment.
Operational Excellence
- Manage end-of-season returns and transfers following company guidelines.
