The Accountant will also be responsible for reconciling Sales, Revenue Recognition, Interline transactions, and partner billings. A key part of the role includes identifying discrepancies, performing audits, raising undercollections, and delivering high-quality reconciliations with minimal adjustments.

Additionally, the role requires managing a team of Junior Accountants, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely updates to relevant financial masters. 2. Accountant – Passenger Sales, Refunds & Revenue Assurance (Fixed Term Contract, 18 Months)

This role is ideal for candidates with strong fare and ticketing knowledge. The Accountant will be responsible for processing refunds, ensuring PCI DSS compliance, analysing refund data, and coordinating with global Emirates teams. Revenue assurance tasks include auditing tickets for undercollection, managing agency debit memos, and ensuring adherence to IATA fare rules.

With responsibilities ranging from MIS analytics to dispute resolution and system enhancement participation, this position is suited for finance professionals who thrive in a high-paced commercial aviation environment.

Applicants must have at least 3 years of finance experience and have completed standard fares and ticketing training, preferably with experience in GDS platforms such as Galileo or Amadeus.
