Role Overview
The Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor supports the Store-in-Charge in delivering exceptional in-store experiences, achieving commercial targets, and maintaining brand standards. The role combines hands-on customer engagement with operational leadership, offering a clear pathway for career growth within luxury retail.
This position is based at Yas Mall, Abu Dhabi, one of the UAE’s premier shopping destinations, and suits candidates who are passionate about fashion jewelry and motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and provide personalized styling advice to clients
- Drive sales performance, contributing to monthly and annual targets
- Build and nurture strong client relationships while maintaining accurate CRM records
- Support daily store operations, including staffing, scheduling, reporting, and inventory control
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with APM Monaco guidelines
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and support improvement strategies
- Lead, motivate, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing, customer-focused environment
- Uphold brand values and represent APM Monaco with professionalism at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury or fashion retail
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven sales achievements and experience with CRM systems
- Strong communication skills; English is required, Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
- Confident, approachable personality with a customer-first mindset
- Genuine passion for fashion, jewelry, and the APM Monaco brand
- Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered for the Store Supervisor role
