The division ensures that every maintenance task is supported with the correct tools and components at the right time. A Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator helps ensure that the supply chain runs smoothly, accurately, and without operational delays.

Job Purpose

The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will monitor, organize, and execute logistics and warehouse tasks while coordinating effectively with maintenance and supply chain teams. The goal is to ensure the timely and safe provision of materials and tools in accordance with standard operating procedures. This position involves hands-on warehouse work as well as communication and coordination responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily warehouse operations in assigned areas such as Goods Receiving, Tool Stores, Main Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, Outstation Support, and Spares Distribution.
• Receive materials, inspect documentation, report discrepancies, and archive airworthiness certifications.
• Manage tools check-in and check-out to support maintenance personnel efficiently.
• Coordinate Warehouse & Logistics Assistants to ensure work tasks are completed on time.
• Perform system updates and inventory transactions to maintain accurate stock records.
• Ensure clear communication across supply chain activities, from receiving goods to order fulfillment.
• Maintain service level agreements through timely material flow across the supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with organizational safety standards to prevent safety incidents.
• Assist the Shift Duty Officer with daily performance reporting and resource planning.
• Act as a deputy to the Shift Duty Officer when required, ensuring continuous performance in specific warehouse sections.

This role requires attention to detail, operational awareness, and the ability to support high-paced aviation workflows.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in engineering or related operational support.
• Vocational training / Diploma (12+2 or equivalent).
• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in an aviation or MRO (Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul) environment.
• At least 1 year of team coordination experience in logistics or warehouse settings.
• Strong knowledge of office software and warehouse or ERP inventory systems.
• Valid UAE driver’s license or Airside Driving Permit (ADP) is an advantage.
• Ability to work in day/night shift patterns, including 12-hour shifts based on operational requirements.
