Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and station operations including parcel sorting and dispatch.
- Manage the arrival of shipments from line haul vehicles and organize unloading and receiving processes.
- Train and guide staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Monitor couriers to ensure timely delivery of parcels and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise the collection and submission of cash-on-delivery (COD) amounts to the finance team to reduce financial risk.
- Provide real-time updates and feedback on delivery status and resolve delivery issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Generate daily delivery and performance reports, analyze data, and implement improvements based on findings.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes and area divisions to increase efficiency and reduce delays.
- Ensure accurate documentation and inventory tracking throughout the warehouse.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a courier or last-mile delivery company in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficient in both English and Hindi communication.
- Must be currently available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and ability to create daily tracking reports.
- Preference given to candidates who can join immediately.
