The Customer Service Agent plays a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal operations teams. This position requires handling service requests, addressing customer inquiries, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the Facilities Management sector and possess the ability to manage customer interactions efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities may include:

Job Criteria
