About the Role
The Team Leader, Maintenance (Industrial) will lead and supervise all planned and unplanned maintenance activities across ADNOC Distribution’s industrial facilities. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Maintenance Planning and Execution

- Manage maintenance resources, spare parts, and workforce planning.
- Support emergency response and breakdown maintenance activities.

Technical Leadership

- Support project studies including HAZOP, HAZID, FAT, SAT, PAC, and FAC activities.

- Control maintenance costs while maintaining operational efficiency.
Project Support

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
